Originally established in 2010 IG-Health provides information governance support to predominantly NHS organisations consisting of GP Practices, CCGs and Acute Trusts. Unlike other companies we don’t use consultants instead we employ a large team of professionals who have extensive knowledge of data protection and confidentiality. We have previously delivered over 900 assessments of the Information Governance Toolkit and in the last 6 months have assisted with the completion of 50 Data Security Protection Toolkit returns with 4 months still to go!
Together with GP Practices, Opticians and Dental Practices IG Health provides data protection officer services for a population of just over 3 million. We have close links to the Department of Health, Care Quality Commission and The Information Governance Alliance.
